Cancelled and Rescheduled Performances

Please use this form to let PortTIX know how you would like us to process your tickets for a  performance. If you have already submitted a request via email, you do not need to complete this form.

Please note we are processing orders for several rescheduled shows so it may take up to 30 days to process your transactions.  For some events you may be able to request a refund via check – this may be faster than requesting a refund to your card. 

Be aware that we are processing an unprecedented number of requests. We are working as fast as we can, and we appreciate your patience as we process cancellations. This form and any previous emails that you may have sent remains the best way to contact us during this time.

For postponed performances, your tickets will be valid for the new event dates. You will receive the information on the rescheduled performances via email. At that time we will also explain your options in the event you are unavailable to attend the performance on its new date.

Please note we are only able to process requests for tickets purchased directly through the PortTIX Box Office.
